STF Warranty Guidelines

This guide is designed to help STF retailers and consumers clarify issues and concerns around the warranty of STF products. If you are still in doubt after reading this guideline, please Contact Us.

All Warranties can only be approved by STF Representative.

Warranty Coverage

STF Reel Warranty

Warranty on STF reels covers your purchase for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Standard Warranty applies to the below reels:

  • Glider E Series.
  • Combat M Series.
  • Revive C Series.

Needed Registration of warranty card within 14 days of purchase of item on the following reel:

  • Lusso SW Series.

Simply complete the Warranty Card that’s supplied with the reel and mail the STF COPY to us or email with a photo.

Within the warranty period, STF will repair or replace any part proving Manufacturing defect free of charge. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by a STF Service Technician or authorized STF Service Representative.

Warranty Disclaimer: After several uses, it’s suggested to perform a cleaning and lubrication of reel to prevent future damage and healthy longevity. Any upgrades, customization or tweaks with and without machinery will void warranty. Book a Service Here.

Rod Warranty

Warranty on STF rods covers your purchase for 1 year from the date of purchase.

STF Rod Warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Purchased from non-approved STF retailers.
  • Damage caused by the owner’s negligence or lack of maintenance.
  • Breakage due to rod being used with line heavier than recommended specifications.
  • Breakage due to rod being used with cast weight heavier than recommended specifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized alterations or modifications to the rod.

Warranty Address & Email

Please take a clear photo of your invoice / proof of purchase, contact details and attach to an email to us with the STF retailer store name, date of purchase and STF product purchased.
